You can also enter the monitoring panel to check the engine speed. The minimum throttle idle speed is more than 1,000 revolutions, the maximum throttle idle speed is more than 1300 revolutions, and the maximum throttle during work is more than 1900 revolutions.
If there is no copper powder and the engine speed is normal, removing the two solenoid valves on the main pump for cleaning can basically eliminate the problem.
4. If the output power of the engine is much lower than the rated power, the simplest method should be used to judge at the construction site.
First look at whether the fuel filter element is blocked, whether there is a leak in the fuel path, whether the plunger, fuel injection head, and delivery valve in the fuel pump are severely worn, whether the air filter element is unobstructed, and whether the engine with a turbocharger, Whether the turbocharger is damaged, whether the engine is rapidly high temperature, the viscosity of the oil decreases, the compression ratio is reduced, whether the cylinder liner assembly is worn out, and the engine valve is not closed tightly.
