3. Check the main points every day

Check the oil, water, and hydraulic oil every day, give grease, check the air filter a week, check it two days if there is too much dust, and change the oil once every two months. The hydraulic oil is only one or two. Change once a year, depending on the workload of your excavator. Normally, it will be two years. If you open two shifts, you will change it every year.

Four, daily precautions

Pay attention to waterproofing, do not work in deep water, and do not directly wash electrical equipment with water when cleaning. Do not accumulate debris, especially metal tools, in the battery box, which may cause fire. Don't use iron wire and copper wire to replace the safe, and don't use the safe replacement that does not meet the specifications. When the excavator is parked for a long time, disconnect the battery cable to avoid power feeding.

Check whether the pin bolts are loose, dropped, or missing every day, and tighten them in time. Check the structure every day for cracks and deformation. Pay attention to the surrounding environment when parking Kobelco excavator accessories, park on a solid, stable and hard ground, do not park on the riverside, cliffs, or under the slopes to avoid accidental danger. When parked, the bucket cylinder is completely retracted and the bucket falls to the ground to prevent the cylinder from being hit.
