Problem 1: Hitachi 70 excavator water tank lacks water and white smoke

Disadvantages:

Hitachi 70 excavator overhauled the engine due to a rollover. After 2-3 hundred hours of repair, the water tank of the excavator was short of water after a few days, the exhaust gas was still large, and there was white smoke.

Repair plan:

1. After the excavator was overhauled, the water tank was lacking and white smoke appeared. It is recommended to check whether the diesel used by the excavator is mixed with moisture.

2. The above Hitachi 70 excavators use Sinopec oil, and the oil-water separator of the excavator accessories is often checked, so this shortcoming element is cleaned.

3. Then add water to the water tank to the standard position and initiate the excavator to check if there are bubbles in the auxiliary water tank of the excavator.

4. Assuming that there are bubbles, it means that the cylinder head gasket of the engine is split, forming a shortcoming of white smoke from the water tank of the Hitachi 70 excavator.

5 Assuming there are no air bubbles, check if there are cracks in the cylinder head of the Hitachi 70 excavator, and if so, replace with new excavator parts.

    Analysis of the reasons for the shortcomings:

1. There is water in the diesel oil.

2. The water tank cylinder head gasket punch or the cylinder head gasket is damaged.

3. Initiate a crack on the water tank cover of the engine.

    Disadvantage 2: Hitachi 120-5 initiates machine tremor

Problems:

The engine vibrated after the Hitachi 120-5 excavator was started, and the engine vibrated during any action, and when the excavator was digging soil, it felt like the engine was going to stall, and the excavator could not work normally.

       Cause of the problem:

1. The foot screws of the excavator parts are loose.

2. The engine foot pad is loose.

3. The engine foot pad is damaged.

4. If the engine foot pad is locked too tightly, the engine will vibrate.

5. There is a problem with the crankshaft bearing.

6. The excavator engine oil is not good.

7. The adjustment of the oil supply of the high pressure oil pump of the excavator accessories is inconsistent.

8. The screw filter screen of the hand oil pump is blocked.

9. One cylinder of the engine does not work.

10. The plunger spring of the diesel pump is broken.

       Repair plan:

1. First, check whether the engine foot pad is too loose or not too tight, and whether the engine foot pad is worn out.

2. Then see if the oil added to the diesel pump of the excavator parts is not good? Is the oil too dirty?

3. Then increase the engine throttle and listen for abnormal noises.

4. There is no abnormal noise. Check whether the oil supply of the high-pressure oil pump of the excavator is too small or too large.

5. Finally, do a cylinder breaking test to check whether one of the engine cylinders is malfunctioning, and check whether the plunger spring of the diesel pump of the excavator part is broken.

     Fault 3: Organic oil in the water tank of Hitachi ZAX70 excavator

Problems:

After more than 4000 hours of use of Hitachi ZAX70 excavator, organic oil was found in the excavator's water tank.

        Analyze the cause of the problem:

1. First check if the oil cooling core of the excavator is broken.

2. Check that there is no break, and then check the water pump of the excavator accessories to check whether the water seal of the pump is worn and the drain hole of the water pump is blocked.

3. The water seal is not worn and the drain hole is not blocked. There is no way to check whether the cylinder gasket of the water tank of the excavator is a punch.

4. If the cylinder gasket of the water tank is damaged, it may cause the organic oil in the water tank of the excavator.
