(1) Pay attention to the display value of the counter
At any time, investigate the display value of the pressure gauge of the hydraulic circuit, the pressure switch signal and other oscillations and stability, so as to find out whether the hydraulic circuit is normal or not.
(2) Investigate changes in oil temperature
Pay attention to the changes in the maximum and minimum oil temperature, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the external environment temperature, so that you can know whether the capacity of the cooler and the storage tank are in line with the surrounding conditions, and the operating conditions are compatible with each other, and the faults of the cooling system can be eliminated. Traces can be followed.
(3) Do not add load immediately after the hydraulic pump is started
The hydraulic pump must be idling for a period of time without load (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes) after it is started. Especially when the temperature is very low, it must go through the warming process to make the hydraulic circuit circulate normally and then add the load, and acknowledge the working condition.
(4) Be aware of the discovery of anomalies at any time
Abnormal sounds, oscillations, or abnormal signals from the supervisory system must have their causes. When an abnormal phenomenon is found, immediately find a circuit diagram, follow the diagram, and be careful to investigate whether the abnormal phenomenon is caused by a temporary fault. Evaluate the need for parking treatment. For example, pressure, load, temperature, time, start-up, and stop-time all contain the reasons for the abnormal phenomenon. (5) Pay attention to the operation of the machine (about refitting the pump)
Improper hydraulic circuit planning or poorly made components are not easy to find at the beginning of operation, so special attention should be paid to the behaviors that appear under various operating conditions.
(6) Pay attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump
The new hydraulic pump has low initial wear and is easily affected by bubbles and dust. Poor smoothness at high temperatures or overloaded operating conditions will cause adverse consequences and cause the hydraulic pump to declare abnormal effects.
(7) Check the changes of hydraulic oil regularly
Check and analyze the deterioration, discoloration and pollution degree of the hydraulic oil every one or two months to ensure the normality of the hydraulic transmission preface.
(8) Pay attention to the adjustment in each valve
Fully understand the use of pressure control valves, flow control valves and directional control valves, and pay special attention to the adjustment range and limits. Otherwise, adjustment errors will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.
(9) Check the condition of the filter
The filters in the loop should be taken out and sorted out regularly, and the condition of the filter screen and the dirt adsorbed on the net should be checked to analyze the quality, quantity and size, so that the degree of pollution in the loop can be investigated. The origin of the pollution.
(10) Pay attention to the leakage of the piping part
Whether the piping of hydraulic equipment is good or not can be seen after working for a period of time. Check for oil leakage and piping loose.
(11) Pay attention to the work situation within three months of working on the new machine
