The Kawasaki agent tells you what to do if the hydraulic oil enters water? These few suggestions must be seen!

Kawasaki agents believe that we all know that the hydraulic system of domestic excavator parts must be waterproof in addition to dust. Because the working environment is messy, the harsh environment full of dust is always dangerous to the hydraulic system; another is that the humid environment is very simple to cause water in the hydraulic system, and the failure of the hydraulic oil directly leads to the paralysis of the transmission system of the whole machine, so this has to cause our Pay attention!
The Kawasaki agent believes that the reason for the hydraulic oil ingress:
1. The excavator is operating in a humid and watery place for a long time, causing water to enter the hydraulic oil through the hydraulic oil tank.
2. In the process of replacing hydraulic oil or cleaning or repairing excavator parts, water entering the hydraulic system is not done properly.
3. The pipeline is not tightly sealed, causing rainwater to seep into the hydraulic system.
Water ingress causes transformation
For example, after the hydraulic oil is mixed with water, the hydraulic oil is simply emulsified, and the emulsified hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic system, which will cause the excavator parts to rust. If the rust slag moves in the hydraulic system for a long time, the hydraulic pressure will be affected, and the movements of the big and small arms and bucket will become weak.
Decreased hydraulic oil smoothness will increase the wear of parts and shorten the service life of bearings and other parts.
Remove excess water
Because the density of water is greater than that of oil, the water will deposit on the bottom of the tank. If water is found in the hydraulic oil, it is recommended to stop the machine in time and let the oil in the tank stand for 1 hour. After the water deposits, open the drain valve in the excavator accessory at the bottom of the tank to drain the water.
Replace with new hydraulic oil
If the hydraulic oil is found to be flooded, all the hydraulic oil in the excavator is drained and replaced with new hydraulic oil. Kawasaki agents think this is the most luxurious but also the most reliable method.
How to prevent water ingress? The Kawasaki agent sorted out the following points:
1. Waterproof measures should be taken on rainy days and when replacing hydraulic oil.
2. Always check the hydraulic system seals. If these excavator parts are damaged, they need to be replaced in time.
3. Drain water every two or three days.
