Kawasaki agents teach you how to maintain excavators in rainy days, remember these four points for attention

It will be rainy days soon, and the rain is getting more and more. So what should the excavators pay attention to in rainy days? Kawasaki agent Kawasaki Hydraulics summarizes four points for attention.
1 Clean in time
In case of heavy rain, it should be cleaned in time.
2 Painted surface
The acidic components in the rainwater have a strong corrosive effect on the paint surface of the excavator, and it will harm the paint surface of the excavator overnight. Therefore, in the rainy season, it is best to give the excavator a paint finish. The simplest is waxing, and the more durable and effective is to seal the glaze. Either way, put on an invisible maintenance coat on the excavator to prevent the paint from fading and aging.
3 Chassis care
The chassis is the part closest to the ground, which is particularly severely affected by road conditions. Generally, this part is the simplest rusty spot, and the wheel shell may even be loose and perforated. Therefore, we must pay attention to the clean and anti-rust treatment of the excavator chassis, and do a chassis anti-rust treatment.
4 Burning starts
On rainy days, if the engine is not easy to start, sometimes even if it is barely started, it is exhausted. Kawasaki’s agent Kawana Hydraulics believes that the most likely cause of this problem is the leakage of electricity in the incineration system due to moisture, and therefore the loss of normal incineration functions.
Once it is found that poor incineration or engine function is reduced due to the humidification of the incineration system, it is best to use a dry paper towel or dry cloth to dry the surface and the wires of the distributor, and then use a special desiccant spray can to remove the desiccant Spray on the power distribution panel cover, battery connector, line connector, high-voltage line, etc. You can start the engine after a while.
