The walking motor widely uses high-speed motors plus planetary reducers or cycloid reducers, while hydraulic motors Part of the loop control has its own characteristics.
The motor is equipped with a high-pressure automatic variable device. When the high gear is engaged, the circuit is connected to the manual transmission port for oil, and the transmission valve is pushed to move to the left, so that the motor becomes a small displacement; assuming that the increase in trekking resistance causes the oil pressure to rise to the set point When the value is set, the oil pushes the variable speed valve to move to the right, and the motor automatically changes to a large displacement low speed gear to increase the torque. Therefore, the motor can automatically change gears following the change of walking resistance.
In addition, the control of the motor is mainly completed by the motor control valve. The operation principle is analyzed below in conjunction with the structural schematic diagram.

(1) Open the one-way valve, hydraulic oil enters the right cavity of the motor.
(2) The hydraulic oil enters the balance valve through the saving hole and moves it to the left to connect the brake oil circuit to release the brake. This action also connects the oil return circuit of the motor B port.
(3) The hydraulic oil enters the buffer piston cavity through the middle saving hole of the safety valve, and pushes the buffer piston to the left. Assuming that the system pressure at the moment exceeds the set pressure (10.2MPa) of the safety valve, the safety valve will open in an instant to play a buffer role.
(4) Assuming that the motor is overspeeding (for example, when going downhill) and the pump is too late to supply oil, the pressure at port A will drop, the balance valve will move to the right under the force of the spring, the oil return passage of the motor will be closed, and the motor speed will be restricted.
