Excavator repair engine smooth system cleaning In the engine smooth system, because of the long-term operation of the smooth oil, the generated asphalt-tar and other dust gradually accumulates on each part of the smooth system, plus the metal powder from mechanical wear. These agglomerates used to constitute poor engine smoothness, and sometimes even the cleaning of the engine's smooth system was in the engine's smooth system. There are two common methods for repairing and cleaning the smooth system of an excavator:
1. Gasoline immersion cleaning divides the smooth system into fuel tanks, oil pumps, filters, radiators, pipes, cylinders, crankshafts, etc. The differentiated parts are immersed in gasoline for a certain period of time. The general condition is to soak for 8 hours at room temperature. Above, some of the components in the condensate are dissolved in the gasoline, and the other components are also softened accordingly, and then brush them off with a nylon brush or wire brush. The dust in the pipeline can be manually cleaned with a pipe cleaner or used Gasoline flushing.
2. Alkaline water-based metal cleaning agent cyclically cleans because of the dust in the smooth system, such as the asphalt-refueling condensate accumulated on the inner wall of the oil passage in the high temperature zone parts such as cylinder block, crankshaft and connecting rod, it is more difficult to clean it. Therefore, when cleaning the steel smooth system, the pH of the cleaning agent aqueous solution is required to be 12.5-13, and the temperature is 70-90 degrees Celsius.
When the excavator is repaired and cleaned, soak the descaling parts in the cleaning agent solution for 1-3 hours. After the asphalt-tar accumulation becomes soft, connect the pipe joint of the washer, start the pressure pump, and carry out the touring cleaning, and the cleaning stops. Take out the descaling piece and wash it with hot water, then wash it with active water. When the pH value of the water flowing out of the pipe is close to the pH value of tap water, take out the descaling piece and blow dry, and then put it in an oven at 105-115 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes Sometimes, in order to avoid rust inside the pipeline, passivation treatment is required after water washing. The passivation treatment process is the same as the passivation process after rust removal. The passivated descaling parts need to be washed, blow-dried, and dried.
