5. During operation, if you find that the amount of oil in and out of the hydraulic cylinder is abnormal, it is because there is gas in the oil cylinder of the excavator, you can repeatedly push and pull the operating handle of the oil cylinder until the gas is removed. If there is still gas, check whether the various parts between the oil tank and the oil pump There is a possibility of air leakage, and tighten it.

6. If you find that the excavator hydraulic pressure is weak and the action is slow, check whether the oil pump is damaged, if it is aging, replace it, check whether there is any blockage in the filter, the oil pump to the oil tank pipeline, and clean it to check whether the hydraulic oil is overheated and dissipates heat. Whether the device and electric fan are normal.

7. The excavator hydraulic pipe is too noisy due to air bubbles in the hydraulic oil circuit. Check whether the pipeline between the oil pump and the oil tank is leaking, whether there is too little hydraulic oil in the excavator oil tank, and whether the water level in the water tank is too low , And clean it apart.

8. Install the oil cylinder on the same valve of the excavator; if all are weak, check whether the inside of the pressure regulating valve of the excavator is clean, whether the outer oil seal of the pressure valve is damaged, and whether the pressure regulating cone needle is damaged.
