Eight keys to replacement of excavator parts

First, use sealant as much as possible. If necessary, paint can be substituted to achieve the ideal sealing effect;

Second, the appearance quality of rubber seals should be carefully checked before installation; use special tools to press fit to avoid knocking and deformation;

Third, add lubricating grease according to the rules, clean and dredge the vent and one-way valve regularly.

Fourth, the device is carried out under extremely clean conditions, and the working surface of the parts is free of bumps, scratches, burrs and other attachments;

Fifth, strict operating procedures, the seals should be properly installed to avoid deformation if not in place;

Sixth, grasp the functional standards and application requirements of seals, and replace failed parts in time;

Seventh. For thin-walled side cover parts, use sheet metal for cold proofing; simple worn shaft hole parts can be metal sprayed, welded, glued, and mechanically processed to reach the original factory standard;

Eighth, the nut should be corrected or replaced with a new one, and the nut should be tightened to a regular torque.
