Hydraulic cylinders often present problems in operation and operation. 1) During the operation of the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic oil reciprocates within a certain interval, and does not move all the way. This will cause severe abrasion on the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder, which will cause the hydraulic cylinder gap to become larger and the low pressure oil chamber to communicate, leading to failure.
2) The sealing ring (at the end cover of the hydraulic cylinder) may be pressed too tightly or too loosely, which can simply cause the leakage of hydraulic oil.
3) It may be that the piston rod is tortuous, causing the piston rod to not move smoothly. Sunward intelligent excavator parts should be processed from the beginning to straighten the piston rod to make it enter normal operating conditions!
4) There may be other foreign objects such as burrs on the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder, which should be cleaned up in time!
5) It is possible that there is air in the hydraulic oil cylinder, which makes the hydraulic oil cylinder work abnormally during the movement. Eliminate the air inside the hydraulic cylinder, if the customer has the conditions to add an exhaust device to the hydraulic cylinder!
6) It is possible that the hydraulic oil has not reached the demand of the operation! If the hydraulic oil temperature is too high during the operation, the viscosity of the Sauer plunger pump will decrease, causing the hydraulic oil to leak. Therefore, during the operation of the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic oil must be cooled in time and the hydraulic oil must be clean!
7) It is possible that the piston and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder are not coaxial. If it is found, it should be corrected. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
8) The nut on both ends of the piston rod of the double rod piston cylinder is too tight to make it poorly concentric. The nut should be loosened slightly to keep the piston in a natural condition.
